All prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday and are inclusive of electricity, pool maintenance, weekly maid and linen. Minimum let is normally 2 weeks.

Please identify your preferred date. Each weekly rental starts on Saturday at 5.00 pm and ends on Saturday at 10.00 am, by which time the house should be vacated for cleaning.

Terms and conditions

1) The signing of the booking form indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2) A £200 deposit per week is required to hold the date of your booking. (Please pay by cheque or bank transfer) Confirmation will follow the receipt of this deposit. This deposit is not refundable should you cancel your booking, but will be returned to you after your holiday when the keys have been returned, unless replacements or repairs to the property or its contents are needed.

3) Full payment is required at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Moraira. A reminder will NOT be sent.

4) Keys will be sent to you following this receipt of the full payment

5) If full payment is not received six weeks prior to arrival, we reserve the right to reallocate the relevant weeks to other clients.

6) CANCELLATION. If cancellation takes place prior to arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be charged. If cancellation takes place between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival, 75% will be charged. Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival will be charged at full cost.

7) We cannot accept responsibility for losses or damage caused by strikes, fire, flood, airport closure or any other event beyond our control.

8) We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused in or around the house or the swimming pool.

9) Once full payment has been received, we guarantee that there will be no price changes as a result of exchange rate fluctuations.

10) The client is required to pay for or replace any damage or loss to the villa or its contents which may occur as a consequence of his/her occupation.

11) This contract is made between the client and Monika Wilson and is subject to the laws of England.
