Villa Esperanza
This is a superb luxury holiday villa with Private Pool and Sun Terrace - Sea and Mountain Views. It is in a peaceful location within 20 mins walk of Moraira town centre and beaches including idyllic El Portet cove - surely the nicest spot on the Costa Blanca.The villais an hour's drive form both Alicante and Valencia Airports. Javea and Denia are close by. There are several tennis courts and golf courses within easy reach.
Moraira
Moraira is a fishing village that has grown into a resort without the usual line of multi-story hotels. It has a beautifully maintained marina and a sandy beach. There are many restaurants with a variety of cuisines and several places for young people to dance. The resort has a good selection of shops hairdressers, banks, and supermarkets. There are water sports, boat hire, tennis courts and further afield golf and horse riding are available.
Nearest Airports
Alicante Airport is 90km to the South and Valencia 110km to the north - both about one hour travel time, mostly by motorway. Both have frequent flights with major airlines, budget and charter flights. Car hire pick-up and drop-off at the airport easily arranged at little or no extra charge.
Beaches
El Portet, one of the loveliest sandy coves on this coast with safe bathing and no hotels is 15 minutes walk (downhill) from the villa. Moraira beach is also sandy and somewhat broader and flanked by a garden of shady palm trees. There is plenty of sailing and windsurfing in Moraira. The 20 km or coast to the North also has many beaches including Granadella - a favourite for diving.
Accommodation
Terrace and garden
The villa is surrounded by a small garden with palm trees, jacaranda and bougainvillea. There is a large paved terrace with an 8m kidney shaped pool. There is a wide shaded verandah between the house and terrace. Sun loungers, garden chairs and table are provided. A barbeque is also provided. The terrace and pool are not overlooked.
Upstairs bedroom
with double bed, air conditioning and private sun terrace and en-suite bathroom.
Ground floor bedrooms
with twin beds, one with doors to pool terrace share an adjacent bathroom .
Kitchen
with Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fully equipped with sink, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. Door onto terrace.
Utility Room
Washing machine, sink and cleaning utensils.
Lounge
with settee and two armchairs, coffee table, TV, video/DVD, satellite receiver, radio and music center.
Dining room
with round table and french windows to the terrace.
Cleaning and linen
Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. The villa is cleaned on entry and exit and bathrooms cleaned every week (if requested). Cot (without linen) may be requested.
Security
The villa has a locked garage and plenty of parking for several cars. The villa and terrace are enclosed and ideal for children. Burglar alarm and wall safe available.
Access
All ground floor rooms and the terrace are at road level. The ground floor has two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and is therefore wheelchair accessible.
